I am a planner and I love offering events to the community. Nothing makes me happier than a full schedule and people to talk to! Here are some events that are coming up in the next few months. Chakra Balancing

In Hindu philosophy, the body holds energy resources in areas called Chakras. This class explores the concepts of these areas and brings together tools from other Pieces of Wellness classes for strengthing and aligning the Chakra system. Intro to Managing Anxiety

Finding effective ways to handle stress and anxiety can be daunting, especially in the moment. Physical manifestations of stress present themselves in a variety of ways, and too often, medications only provide temporary relief.

Discover the science behind your symptoms and find effective tools to conquer anxiety.

Understand how and why anxiety shows up in the body, and use that information to help soothe your symptoms.

Use basic techniques to gain mental and emotional mastery. Gather information about how the foods you eat may contribute to or even trigger feelings of anxiety.

Demystify the signals your body is sending, and reclaim your health with knowledge, strength, and confidence. for a course on more anti-anxiety techniques.

This course is available through Infinity Foundation, an institute based in Chicago. This class is available as a virtual call with Zoom. Once you are registered, Infinity Foundation will email you a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. The course will be recorded and you will receive a link to watch it
