

Tapping into a Higher Vibration
Your dreams and goals are big and beautiful and bold and are full of love! If you want to attract them, you must align with them. They are holding a pretty high frequency "vibe", or positive feeling. Unless you are too, those dreams will not only feel like they are a in another universe, they will be. Filling yourself with loving kindness, sometimes comes with letting go of some ycuk that is holding you back in that universe of frustration, doubt, discouragement or other negative emotions. EFT, which is the short way of saying Emotional Freedom Technique, is Tapping on the body where energy flows to connect to negative and shake it loose with intention, rhythm, and the power of the word. Once negative is released, we have all that much more room to receive positive emotions, opporutnies, and outcomes!

The Daily Tapping Routine
Tapping works best when it is done regularly, at least 3 times a day should be the minimum. This work is trying to release and reset the messages and beliefs that limit success. They can cross the mind hundreds of times every hour. Interupting them and challenging them throughout the day leads to better resluts.

How Do I Know its Working?
That is a great question! When we start to become uncomfortable with our usual outcome of the crappy paycheck, unsatisfying relationships, being unappreciated it is our best Self calling to us. Tapping to align to our best Self is working when opportunities are showing up and meeting you at your efforts to find them. You might become more confident in voicing your thoughts, sharing your dreams, creating art, asking for help, worrying less about judgement of others, finding new friends, feeling confident in being alone... its a long list of awesome stuff! Let me know what shows up for you

How long do I need to do this?
Like any effort to change our habits, trying to change the habits of thought that run through our heads takes time. Keep showing up! Make it a goal to do this for at least 7 days, but in my opinion something 30 days is a better minimum to aim for. Do what feels do-able! Micro changes create macro growth. Keep showing up! You are worth it
