These 2 issues are the most common symptoms I hear friends, family, clients, or Classroom students need support with.
This page is being developed to gather all the resources I have in one place to make them easy to find for anyone ready for reclaiming a calmer mind, quiter body, more restful sleep, and a sence of ease without the expectation of the "other shoe hitting the floor"

Meditation Class (great nights sleep is the #1 feedback from students of this class) $10/ class or discount with monthly pass. Military and First Responder discounts too.

Monthly workshop ~ Less Anxiety Better Sleep! This is offered at least one time a month for an in-person session at the Classroom as well as a Zoom option. There will be a recorded presentation here on this page very soon.It is free to attend the monthly workshop and you are welcome to come to as many as you would like. Date for these are announced in emails (so please sign up for that), on the Classroom Events page, and online platforms like EventBrite, Google, and FaceBook

Downloadables ~ 7 Days to Recognize Journal to get a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of the anxiety and sleep disturbace are. $19 for just the Journal. $30 for Journal Online Course that includes videos for support. $125 for VIP Package of the Journal Online Course and a 1:1 session with Sarah.
~ Permissions Series (cut and fold download) is a fun way to set intention for the day, support a journaling practice or begin a conversation with a support person. Simple phrases that all begin with "permission to" can stir some deep feelings, big stories that are keeping you small, or simply remind you to set a boundary or enjoy a moment. This is a "pick your own price" product. Normally $29 but you choose price starting at $8, to help keep the lights on : )

Calm & Confient You: Less Anxiety & Better Sleep in 90 Days! This is the biggest support and most structure offered to clients. Information about this 90 Day Program is available to those that attend the Less Anxiety Better Sleep Workshops (in person or Zoom). Because there is so much individualized attention to students in this program, Sarah must make sure you are a good fit for the work. The only other service that compairs is Apocrypheia (Full Day Personal Virtual Retreat) which is open to anyone.

The "IT" dept is part of the "ME" (as in Sarah) dept so sometimes glitches so up and it is so helpful to know about.
Below are some of the programs that I offer periodically and are part of the resources that come together for students/clients that are interested in the 90 Day Program and Apocrophia. We work together (like you and me on a zoom call) and figure out what is realistic for you to commit to as well as what will support you best. Thankfully there are a lot of things to choose from and we can shift things around if something else might work better.
