Daily Life Accomplished
Here is a simple journal worksheet to help track your accomplishments! This is a great way to find motivation and can be a game changer to shift gears away from the overwhelming To-Do list as your only focus. Daily Life Accomplished includes a simple page with a weekly layout for tracking all of those tasks you have embraced and completed. This is part of my journey for healing and when this practice began for me, I included things like: ~ out of pj's before 7:30am

These don't have to be tasks that move mountains, just accomplishments under your belt for the day.
