Meditation Classes

Meditation Class is offered every Monday evening at 5pm and you are welcome to join Sarah in the Classroom or via Zoom meeting. Package includes all Meditation classes. Supplies available to borrow for class. We have time sitting, standing, fidgiting, resting, and relaxing. All you have to do is show up!

Catch the Recordings

Most of the classes will be recorded and available on a private page for those that are part of the program. Office hours, individual sessions, & Yoga classes will not be recorded. The recorded content will be available through the month of November. Material can be accessed until Dec 6th, 2025

Need a little extra support?

Sarah is available for online office hours once a month. November 20th from Noon to 2pm you can join the Zoom meeting and have time with Sarah in a Breakout Room. The Holidaze package members can schedule time at office hours to have minimum time in the Zoom waiting room!
