Individual Session with Sarah

This monthly package includes TWO individual session with Sarah. Choose from Reiki, Restorative Healing, or Integrative Massage. Need help deciding? Reach out and talk to Sarah when you are ready to book. Session times available Tuesday through Saturday. This must be scheduled in October.

Yoga with Christina

November 22nd 6pm

Class will meet in-person at the Community Classroom at 6pm. Yoga supplies are available for class, this is beginner friendly, and NOPE you do not need to be flexible! : )

Mini Mindset Coaching Sessions

Wednesdays from Noon to 12:30pm

These are Zoom group sessions with a little bit of teaching and a whole lotta love. This is the weekly dose of checking in with the mind, offering a little refreshing reset, then enjoying all the stuff that follows. Everything can feel better when the mind eases!

Meditation Classes

Meditation Class is offered every Monday evening at 5pm and you are welcome to choose what dates work best for you. Join Sarah in the Classroom or via Zoom meeting. Supplies available to borrow for class. We have time sitting, standing, fidgiting, resting, and relaxing. All you have to do is show up!

Most of the classes will be recorded and available on this private page for those that are part of the program. Office hours, individual sessions, & Yoga classes will not be recorded. The recorded content will be available through the month plus oone week.

Need a little extra support?

Sarah is available for online office hours once a month. November 20th from 11am to 1pm you can join the Zoom meeting and get extra guidance, questions answered, or just let Sarah know how things are going.
